Will Bockoven is a Partner and the principal broker of Summit Commercial Group. His sole focus is advising business owners, developers and investors for location services, commercial real estate sales and leasing in Louisville and throughout the Kentucky market.

Experienced in acquisition, disposition, development, leasing and management—he provides guidance for a range of property topics. Will has transacted and well versed in nearly all property types: net leased, multifamily apartments, shopping centers, industrial, office, outdoor advertising, structured/ flat lot parking and hospitality. He has represented Louisville’s well known families, taking a special interest in multi-generational planning of real estate.
